One of my favorite pieces I've recently found - where has cream velvet been all my life? Silk/rayon blend with the best drape, and fully lined. The top layer has a sheer chiffon with raised cream velvet designs and a thick velvet band at the hem. Don't want this worn tight, keep the boxy silhouette for best drape. Gorgeous!
