I MEAN. This is such a cool dress! From the ever-cool designer Alberto Makali, this knit dress is semi-sheer and has fringe bits all along the front and two rows at the shoulder blades on the back. The back of the dress is slightly linger than the front which just adds more intrigue. This isn't worn with a slip, so one isn't needed, just the top is semi-sheer.
