So twirly and weighty and fun. Unsure of fabric but feels like a stiffer gabardine with beautiful flocked velvet detailing. Has two hidden side pockets, and is super cute with a cropped turtleneck and boots. Just add a long wool or silk princess coat to complete the look! Has one small flaw at the front that doesn't affect wearability but priced to reflect this.
