Gorgeously gorgeous one shoulder ruffle top in the best color! No designer tag but the fabric tag says the outer fabric is 100% silk and the lining is 100% polyester. So floaty and gorgeous. One side has what looks like a water mark, but you can wear it in the back and it wouldn't be noticeable at all. In otherwise perfect condition!
