I MEAN. How phenomenal! And a gloriously large size! The top has removable shoulder pads and a drawstring waist to cinch or wear undone. The skirt has a super elastic waist and the panels of the skirt give it such a great twirl!
Best fit: XL/1X (or seen unpinned on mannequin, so could accommodate a smaller size!)
