The most fabulous pants that deserve the most fabulous top! My thoughts? A black silk shell or an oversized blazer. The waist is elastic with a back zipper and is lined all the way down. Three things: love that these are both beaded and lace, that they have a scalloped hem, and that they'd be just as cool with the lining cut out!
